We've had our cooler for a couple of weeks now and finally have enough stock and have gotten trained on our fancy new slicer so we took a deep breath and started selling. It was a good first day and we came up with some panini. I don't expect that our sandwiches will be perfect at first but I was pleased with our first efforts. Come on by and try.
